Hi, I’m Naomi Bond-Deacon

Having graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, I’m pleased to offer osteopathic treatments to your Medway doorstep!

As your osteopath, I hope to bring positivity, trust, and education to you in the same way I benefited from this myself.

In my youth, I used to be a ballet dancer, which deepened my understanding of tending to your body as a whole in order to reach your best potential!

As well as a deep love for my family, in my spare time I also enjoy playing music, dancing around, and potting around in the garden, and I can’t wait to hear about your own likes, loves, hopes, and dreams.

My Approach

I love treating the person as a whole, with a focus on holistic care. This is ideal for women throughout their pregnancy and motherhood journeys, as well as for their little ones.

I personally benefited from this while on my own journey to parenthood.

Many can benefit from this style of manual therapy; from sports injuries, falls, arthritis, headaches, or any other ache and pain.

You will be in safe and caring hands, whether you need short or long-term help.

Structural techniques

These focus on the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments)

Cranial techniques

This style of treatment taps into your body’s subconscious rhythm in order to restore overall balance. A gentle hold over your head or under your pelvis is most efficient.

Visceral techniques

A gentle release of the fascia surrounding your organs.

The organs that lie inside the rib cage and abdomen are all connected and held in place by an extensive web of fascia. This connective tissue can sometimes create restrictions in your organs’ position and function. These lesions can be referred as pain elsewhere on your body.
